Why I chose the University of Mannheim and in particular the GESS
I chose the University of Mannheim because I truly believe it will be the place that sharpens my insights and fulfill my career goal as a devoted financial economist. Moreover, the intensive preparatory core courses and the opportunities to work on frontier researchers with excellent faculty in CDSB at University of Mannheim will undoubtedly lay the keystone for me to link theories to applications, which becomes the most attractive features of this program to me.
