Why I chose the University of Mannheim and in particular the GESS

Considering the outstanding dedication of the professors in the Accounting & Taxation area experienced during my Master's degree, continuing my studies at the University of Mannheim was a logical conclusion. The university's high level of business research, its global reputation, and its extensive regional and international network convinced me to participate in the structured PhD program of the GESS. I expect the program to equip me with the scientific methodologies and the expertise necessary to conduct my own research projects in the field of taxation.
