Research Interests

Healthcare Operations Management (ICU Capacity Management).

Why I chose the University of Mannheim and in particular the GESS

Because of the good reputation and the international atmosphere.

The best part of being a doctoral student here

The nice people (fellow students, the professors and the officers), the structured course program, and the perfect research training.

A description of my fellow doctoral students

They are creative, intelligent, open-minded and friendly people.

My most challenging experience within the program

Some of the core courses I have to attend are not perfectly in my research area, it is a challenge but also a chance to broad my view.

My advice for prospective students

Keep your research interest in mind, have a clear plan and follow it.
