Pascal Kieren was born on November 10th, 1991 in Saarlouis, Germany. In 2014, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with majors in statistics and econometrics from the University of Saarbrücken, where he graduated top of the class. He gained first research experience while working as a student research assistant at the chair of banking of Prof. Dr. Gerd Waschbusch as well as practical experience in corporate finance and investment banking in several internships. In 2015, Pascal enrolled in the Master in Management at the University of Mannheim and currently participates in the Business Research Program in Finance at the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business (CDSB) at the Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences (GESS).
