Chia-Yu Tsai (a.k.a. Joy) was born in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1988. She majored in Economics, double majored in Finance and minored in Foreign Languages and Literatures in National Taiwan University. She is interested in Political Economy, but hasn’t decided which field to specialize in. In her leisure time, she enjoys listening to music, shopping, and reading. During her studies, she has been supported by Zong ZhuoZhang Education Foundation, a private foundation in Taiwan.
