Ruben Hipp was born in Breisach am Rhein in 1990. After his civilian service he went straight to the University of Mannheim to study economics in 2010. With a one term side trip at the Swansea University in Wales he finished his bachelors degree in 2013. In 2014 Ruben joined the CDSE through the Economic Research Track and started working as a teaching assistant for Micro A. In his spare time he plays basketball, tennis, badminton, squash and goes to the gym.
