Tomasz Olma


Tomasz was born in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, in 1992. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from the Warsaw School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Warsaw. His bachelor’s theses were in the field of game theory and control theory, respectively. During his studies in Warsaw he also gained practical experience in economic research during internships at Poland’s Ministry of Finance and in the Economic Analysis Team of EY Poland. Tomasz joined the CDSE through the research track of the master’s program. He spent his second year on an exchange at the University of California, Berkeley, where he took field courses mainly in econometrics and industrial organization. In his free time he enjoys traveling and doing sports.
