Torben Fischer was born in Saarbr├╝cken (Germany) in 1990. After receiving his A levels in 2009 he studied economics at the University of Mannheim and the University of Copenhagen. Through various teaching as well as research assistantships he gained deeper insight in a wide field of economics. Torben entered the CDSE through the Master of Economic Research program and is currently working as a TA in "Microeconomics A". In his spare time he likes to play volleyball, poker and to get to know the real world.
