Yavor Paunov is a PhD student at the University of Mannheim with a strong interest in applied social and cognitive psychology. He is particularly interested in fluency, morality, and behavioral economics. Yavor holds a M.Sc. degree from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands, where he focused on regulatory focus – based interventions and morality. Upon completion of his master studies, he was employed as a research associate at the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences in Leiden, where he compiled publication databases and performed various tasks. Besides academic training, he has gained diverse professional experience in the private sector, ranging from being a recruiter to running his own international export company.
